about

`The Lord of Caernarfon's Jig' is from Playford's `The English Dancing Master' of 1651, here arranged in the Aeolian mode rather than it's normal classical major scale. The tune and it's associated dance have become a part of the Welsh folk dance revival. The Fairy Dance is similarly arranged in the Aeolian mode as well. Bacbib, crwth and percussion.
